高发宝，工学博士，扬州大学数学科学学院教授，博士生导师。主要研究领域为Hořava-Lifshitz宇宙模型的全局动力学、限制性三体问题（周期轨道、分岔与混沌）、巨行星卫星的分布规律，在权威期刊Astronomical Journal，European Physical Journal C以及其他国际学术期刊共发表论文50篇左右，被SCI收录40篇左右，主持3项国家自然科学基金项目，参与5项国家自然科学基金项目。中国力学学会高级会员、中国振动工程学会高级会员、中国数学会会员、美国《数学评论》评论员（编号: 148514）；全国研究生教育评估监测专家库专家；学术桥评审专家库成员（2023.3.21-2026.3.21），国际期刊IJASS等编委，FASS特刊编辑。
